*Graphic photo— what could this be inside vagina?

hi,

ive never really "looked" into my vagina however, i noticed this on the inside wall and am concerned i know vaginas are lumpy and bumpy naturally, but nervous this is something else. i had a pap done in may and also August and they never said anything but im unsure if ive had this for a week, a month, a year or forever. it doesnt hurt itch or sting. is this normal? am i panicking for no reason? is this an std? image

    Thanks for the reply. Nervous this is something other than my natural anatomy anyone have other thoughts on what it could be?

    with the COVID concerns, im not looking to go into a doctors office right now
