*graphic pictures* for Medical Professional or ENT - Ear drum query after Mastoidectomy

hello, please could a some one with medical knowlegde (esp ENT) let me know what they think of this 😃

i am a 23 year old female. i had a mastoidectomy in my left ear in 2005/6 (when i was a child).

i've had occasional ear infections in my left ear since, but fast forward to now, i have been really struggling over the last year.

my ear just feels full, hurts on and off, and occasionally get tinnitus. the most distressing symptom is itchiness inside which drives me mad. i mainly put it down to allergies (dust, hayfever) which have been a factor but i also never used to have allergies so this is new in recent years. i have tried not to use cotton buds to itch because i don't want to cause damage, but sometimes id rather pain over the itch! the itch is a daily occurrence.

so to try and guage whats happening, i ordered an ear camera online, and after being able to remove a lot of the wax (very carefully!), this is what im left with. the problem is i dont know what is scar tissue remaining from my mastoidectomy and what is new. but its very leaky, bubbles of fluid on eardrum, eardrum is opacified etc.

i would appreciate any opinions, thank you 😃
