hello,

i started getting this pimple on my penis around a year ago, and now it has turned into 3 pimples next to each other.

I have never had sex, I only masturbate. the same section seems to be darker colored as it's where my thumb holds during masturbation:

I masturbate by moving the skin on the back of my penis head back and forth with my hand... it only reaches the back of the penis head since im circumsized:

I take daily showers, and masturbate around 2-3 times a day. I don't use moisturizing creams on my genitals as I fear it might cause other issues.

I've recently turned 18. but as stated above, this issue has existed for over a year.

I'm not sure if the above info helps but i tried to be as detailed as possible (apologies if i grossed anyone out).

any help would be highly appreciated

We are all men here and you should not be worry we are on here to help. I'm going to have to look at the pimples again. They may be Fordyce Spots

Do you wash with any soap you look very dry I will do more research to see if I can find out more for you

yes i use just regular avon body soap. but i dont use any moisturizers on my penis as i fear that it might not be safe for it.

i appreciate your re-assurance and help. i was a bit nervous posting this as ive never had anyone look at my genitals before (apart from when i was a little child), so posting it publicly here made me nervous

Hey! I have also that kind of one bump on my penis for years. I also do dry masturbate. I did check up and it turns out it is just genital skin tag. It appeared because of intensive dry masturbation.

In case of your situation, as you mentioned you NEVER had sexual contact so you can never have STI diseases. I assume they are just skin tags. But again it is better to go to check up. Maybe some underlying health condition that can cause those bumps as well. Dont worry they cant be related to STI since you never had sex.

after looking up what penis skin tags look like, it doesnt look like them at all! here's a close up:

as you can see, it doesnt look like skin tags at all.

obviously the ideal thing to do is get it looked at by a medical professional, but due to personal reasons (combined with the embarassement of having to tell my arab parents about such a sensitive thing), I cant really do that.

There is nothing to be ashamed of these kind of situations. Better to go for medical check up and let me the know result as well. It is weird to see such kind of pimples for person who never did sex before.

it looks to have yellow pus underneath of it. which indicates either a pimple or perhaps a boil use hot compress to try and bring it to a head.

Hi, these are genital warts, you have to see a dermatologist for a treatment.

    Best regards
