During the night my stomach was in pain and I felt like throwing up. I tried not to get sick but at around noon I did. It was quite violent heaving and a red piece of meat came out. it looks like uncooked raw meat but the problem is I ate nothing that resembled it. I'm worried that it might be a part of my stomach. Any advice would be much appreciated.

So sorry , go to the ER take that to get annualized !!! Get answers and go from there !!
