it isn't painful at all but my pee kind of stinks i'm scared to bring it up to my mom

It could be a yeast infection or uti, it looks kind of red. UTIs are common even in kids and so are yeast infections so in theory she should be understanding

I will say that I notice this small lump on the end of your vaginal opening. I would get an HPV check bc I have something similar and awaiting my results.
