[HELP] What is this and how to treat it?

This is my first time experiencing this. I don’t know what type of warts is this and how can I get rid of it? It is placed on my inner thigh.

    It looks like a skin tag to me. As I knew, some over-the-counter skin tag/wart removal products can be effective (Dr. Scholl's Freeze Away Wart Remover, Vidarox, Wart Mole Vanish). If you prefer a natural approach to treatment, tea tree oil, apple cider vinegar or castor oil can help you.

    What could it be? Did you experience any symptoms with this? I got diagnosed with genital warts which look like your condition. However, my warts are flesh colored and they cause itchiness/irritation during friction.
