“Maskne” on forehead??

Hi, I've been getting "maskne" (acne caused by wearing a face mask) quite bad. i feel like frequently changing my mask and cleansing my skin regularly helps a bit with the masked area, but for the first time in my life I'm getting lots of forehead spots which must be linked, maybe because of breath escaping upwards (I also get sore eyes from extended mask use). The forehead acne began when i started wearing a face mask.

Does anybody have any tips for combating this reaction on my forehead? Cleansing skin after mask use doesnt seem to help that much.

Thanks

This seems to be a problem with a lot of people. Maybe its because we are constantly touching our faces when we put the masks on and off?.

Have you possibly changed your diet due to the lockdowns and stress that some are feeling? I think some of us are indulging in too much chocolate as a comfort food and this alone will encourage acne. Try to give your face a thorough wash when you have finished with your mask for the day

Your comment about sore eyes is again quite common at the moment.
