Hi,

Had a cervical Lymph node excision about a month and Biopsy result come out "Necrotising Granulomatous Lymphadenitis". No cancer sign, No sign of TB (Tuberculosis) Pathogen. I have 2 more enlarged Lymph node both side of my neck. Is one biopsy enough to rule out Cancer malignancy or each lymph node need individual diagnosis ? Any Ideas ?

TIA.

Hmm this is what I found.. should speak to your doctor.

The differential diagnosis of a necrotizing granulomatous lymphadenitis is wide, including: infectious diseases (bacterial, viral, fungal or parasitic); malignant disorders, mainly lymphoid malignancies; autoimmune disorders like systemic lupus erythematosus; autoinflammatory diseases; and idiopathic causes like Kikuchi’s disease and sarcoidosis
