Since around October I've been having bright red streaks of blood on stool, I'm 24 and have a job where I'm sitting down ALOT, I'm extremely paranoid that this might be anal cancer or colon cancer, I really haven't had any stomach pains and I had blood tests  and they  came back totally fine, my doctor did a visual examination and didn't see anything so I decided to look for myself after straining and these lumps appear, could this be cancer

    I am not medically trained but they do look like haemorrhoids. I think you should go back to your doctor and ask for some cream to sooth them.  You should increase the fibre in your diet and drink plenty fluid (alcohol doesn’t count).  It is important that you don’t strain as this can make matters worse.

    Try to stop worrying and take care.

    I'm sure the tests you had were good indicator that all is ok! Maybe addressing diet and exercise would be helpful! Try not to worry too much, eat lots of healthy food and when at work get up and stretch yourself regularly! Sitting down all day won't be helpful either! Drink plenty water too! Good luck!
