*pictures* Vaginal pain and soreness

Recently had a series of rough sexual encounters with one man. After a few days of increasing pain in vaginal area, pain during urination, and soreness, I thought maybe I should take a look.

I seem to have some blister-like bumps on my inner and outer labia areas, as well as a vertical red rash. Concerned areas are circled in blue. I'm hoping this is just due to lack of lubrication and continual irritation, but I am really worried because the pain is immense when those areas come into contact with urine, water, or even touching.

I am going out of town for the weekend tomorrow, so I can't get to the doctors until Monday at the earliest.

I did an epsom salt bath, an ice pack, and am trying to keep it clean

Glad u made appointmnt with doctor. In order to make it thru weekend u will need to continue to keep area as pain free as possible. Take acetamenophen four times a day, unless u have a reason not to, and apply lanocaine topically to the "cuts" . This will anesthetize the area for a short period of time and if thick enough, will help keep urine off the "cuts" when urinating. If u don't like lanocaine, just use penatin , which is used for babies to protect skin. Careful when washing it off as u do not want to traumatize the delicate skin. Your doctor should take a swab for herpes, but it does just look like a cut. Herpes tends to be clusters of blisters, just like cold sores. Better safe than sorry!

Nothing to add to earlier post. You need swabs ASAP, but stated that you cannot due to other obligations over the weekend. Personally, I would get this attended to.

      Don't panic too quickly

It could be an illlergic reaction or some other reaction, wait to worry if you find out somethings wrong. Good luck & keep us informed
