**please help*** swollen and tight, sharp pain

Three days ago after an unusually difficult BM, i started getting anal contractions that came with a sharp pain. Even things like coughing, sneezing or peeing would cause a ckntractoom and a sharp pain. Since then every BM has come with what feels like a tearing pain with every movement. I also noticed that I become extremely swollen and my anal sphincter becomes tight right after BM. Is this a fissure?
