RBBB and LPFB showed on recent ekg. Extensive testing by cardiologist technicians. Final outcome was Don’t Worry. There is nothing wrong. Sometimes the bundle branches which are the electrical part of the heart just die off. I’m not sure if this is true or if I need a 2nd opinion. Any suggestions. Do I have a heart condition? Thank you.

textbooks ( and I own several) that any segments of nodal ( where the electrical initiates) tissue die off. Not true, to
my knowledge. There can be disturbances in the nodal tissue due to different etiologies, but I do not believe that
part(s) of those branches die off. Get a second opinion.
