1/2 mg decrease!

I am amazed how 1/2 mg decrease can make so much difference.  I was on 3 1/2 mg for three weeks so I decided to go down to 3 mg - wow!  Something has hit me big time, terrific fatigue, weak, more pain - I can't believe it.

the simple engineer in me suggests that 0.5 is 14.2% of 3.5 and 16.7% of 3.0

    which is a lot.

Imagine the rocks (pollywhatsit symptoms), normally submerged at low tide. Suddenly up to 14% of them are exposed as the tide goes out some more. Takes a bit of getting used to.

PS of course the other way of looking at it is that its only 0.5mg.

Hee hee!  I've always said to my husband that I am like the moon - the tide affects my body tremendously (especially at night).  Not surprising as we have more water in our bodies than anything else.

being like the moon is good,

recent month long desert trip we spent a few days arguing over which night was full moon - life is tough without internet - and watched an endless parade of satellites.

Not much tide though, we had to take all our water with us.

as long as you don't howl like the dingoes smile
