1 femur fracture repair with titanium rod another to come prevention to other leg

I had a fracture of my right leg tripped over a carpet. I had a titanium rod vertical and horizontal at the top.

Having a another rod to prevent left leg from snapping. This was caused by being on alendronate for over twenty years caused the damage to both femurs. I had early onset menopause following breast cancer surgery causing osteoporosis. Has this happened to anyone else how did you recover?

I do domestic assistance as a personal carer in the community and I am good at what I do.

What is the chance of me going back to work fully recovered and fit enough to go back to work. I am sixty seven years young
