1 tablet 500mg paracetamol and a little spoon ronrobitudsin

I took 1 tab of 500mg paracetamol about 4pm and a little spoon of robitussin which as 5mg of codeine that was 10  min ago is this fine just checking I have anxiety but worried

    Hi Paul, I am not quite sure why you are worried about 5mg codeine.  I am on 30/500 codamol 2 tablets 4 times per day ie 60 mg codeine each time I take them. I have been on them 10+ years and the only side effect I have ever suffered is constipation. I really do not think you have anything to worry about.

    Sorry about that, I have a number of medical conditions so some very bad days including yesterday which resulted in me not being able to go on the computer yesterday.
