1 white bit on tonsil comes and goes - no pain

Ever since I had 'probable' vestibular Neuritis from 4 months ago, I have been more concerned for my health. I had tonsillitis often as a child and do have noticeably large tonsils.

Since October, 1 small white tonsil stone keeps coming and going, sometimes with a heavy feeling in my throat/glands, but for the most part with no other symptoms. I don’t feel unwell, but the inner ear illness has taken its toll on my general wellbeing, energy levels and overall health.

I went to the GP to have my throat swapped, but it came back normal.

Will this reappearing 1 white tonsil stone continue or should I be worried?

    do you have any pictures? I know I personally have one tonsil larger than the other (left tonsil) and a feeling of fullness in my left ear. I've been to an ent and he said everything was fine.
