Lack of sleep - definitely, I'm currently getting over a fractured ankle and 5th metatarsal, done in Feb and still not healed, though it was the Fibro causing the aches and pains, but x-rays confirm ankle is slow and foot hasn't healed at all. Stress/worry probably but the worst is cold weather.

Hi Susan, how painful for you. I sympathise with you. I went to GP because my wrist had become painful and wasn't settling down. Had an X-ray 5wks ago and shows I have a fracture that shows some calcification, meaning there is some healing. I have no idea what I did or when and because I have a defect in my collagen formation I have to wear a permanent splint to avoid further damage. Very frustrating.

morning susan Feel for you with your fractured ankle, I have personally found that with illness and injury with having fibro it takes longer to get over and heal. last year I had an mri it showed I had a tear in a disc the pain was excrushiating made worse by the fibro. Had another mri a few months back and it hasnt healed still in loads of pain.fibro makes anything we have 10x worse Ive found horrid condition. stress worry doesnt help our condition it just causes us more pain. take care gentle hug

    Morning Kaz

I agree with them all, especially numbers one to ten!

I think most people really don't understand what we go through daily. You know you can sit and explain to someone, but unless they actually take the time and care enough to personally get to know, it's just words to them.

It's sad really, but there we go.

    Be kind to yourself

    Gentle hugs

Hello Kaz, I'm pretty much out of it today, just crawled to get some breakfast and am in bed again. Everything aches so badly, it's cos I went out yesterday, but that is no consolation really 😑 I can hardly walk my feet are so sore, and when I told that to the nurse yesterday at the assessment I don't know if she even believed me. She should have visited me today!

Anyway, how are you doing today? Not too bad I hope.

      Gentle hugs

Thats the trouble hun when we go out whether for enjoyment or drs hospital etc, we pay for it. Its just so unfair that we are unable to do the simpliest of things with out us paing the price for it. No one fully understands what we got through and how we suffer the medical proffession are badly in need of being educated into fibromyalgia. we should get the same recognition as Ms and me. we are treated unfairly and appaulingly. Just wish fibro was more out their and better understood from the government dwp health proffessionals. Pain has eased today from what it was legs feet hands are swollen Ive got ibs but ploding on. Hope your aches soon start to ease and the soreness on your feet soon wears off. take good care of yourself big hug coming to you xx
