Today is day 10 but feels much longer. My Op hasnt been straight forward with 3 visits to A&E since having the procedure. It took me a while week after surgery to produce a BM and rhat was with the help of a suppositry! Still using them now as i get the over whelming feeling i need to toilet but most times nothing happens. Im still having between 5-10 baths a day to help. If i could go back i would 100% not have gone through with the procedure. I feel like im never going to get back to how i was before the surgery. Due back in work next week but Dr giving me more time off for recovery.

    Are you on stool softeners?

    Did you stop taking narcotic pain relief?

    What are you eating?

    I'm so sorry you are having trouble.
