10 days post op pelvic floor aurgwry

I am currently 10 days out from having posterior colporrhaphy. with posterior sacrospinous suspension of the vaginal apex using an Axis graft and extensive perineoplasty surgery.

Anyone else had this surgery and experienced vaginal redness, itching, milky discahrge? I feel like something is inside my vagina ? It feels thick, and maybe stitches poking my skin Anyone else? My tailbone pain is essentially gone, its just this annoying yeast infection feeling i have taken 2 doses of Diflucan
