Hey, OK so firstly yes you can still have anxiety even this long into your journey. Unfortunately this medication doesn't completely take it away, it should just soften the psychological effects, but the physical symptoms can linger or come back in blips. 0.5 is a very low dose and personally I think that you should be on atleast 10mg. (like me) to help you along. However, you can overcome anxiety without increasing if its something non negotiable. You have to start the process of educating yourself about what it is that's happening and what your triggers are. Also, trying mindfulness.. Having anxiety is a s*****r and I experience all of your symptoms myself. I've just learnt to accept that it's there and unfortunately I'm really bit feeling well right now and being kind to myself. I know it will eventually pass and keep telling myself that. Then it does.

You will feel better. This won't last forever.

      Hi

thank u for getting back with me so fast

still doing yucky but my hubby who has been though this with me for 10 month now says he sees differences in how I am doing with the anxiety attacks

I had gone though this once before 4 years ago so he is pretty much expert on it ☺

he told me that what I'm going though right now is called the snake pattern it means the lorazapam I'm taking for help don't less long because it keeps coming

so I pray it will end soon and I will have better days again

      what u think

I am having the same issue with trembling all over I wake up in the morning trembling have switched antidepressants 5 times in 8 months. that did not help but am now on Ciprolex 3 weeks with .25 citalopram , will be tapering off this as I have been on it for 3 weeks. but the antidepressants cause this shaking as your brain adjusts to this med. it's horrible but I think once stable it will subside I have had this for 8 months after I tried to go off celexa after 18 yrs. my brain couldn't handle it , I am going to start a nutrcuticals program to help nurish my body and brain and ease the process you need proper nutrients when on these meds. and food nutrients in supplement form not vitamins and herbs because food based nutrients don't interfere with the meds. I found a company that does this. will start this week to taper the ativan with the nutrcuticals. Hope for a good outcome .This anxieyy ducks. We are so very strong.
