10 weeks on fluoxetine 40mg and even worst

Hi all,

Cristian here

I moved from sertraline 100 and bupropion 300 combo to fluoxetine 20 mg near two years ago in Ireland as sertraline lost efficacy and bupropion is considered just for smoke cessation

I was just ok but not stable with 20mg and my gp raised to 40mg 10 weeks ago

I felt very few days ok on this time and feeling low,lazy,unmotivated,stressed and stomach in nuts

I know it takes time to fluoxetine to work but after 10 weeks I am wondering 40 mg is just not for me and side effects are unjustified

I am considering asking my gp to go back to 20 mg fluoxetine and try to add off license zyban( bupropion) or try because its different mechanism vortioxetine
