10 weeks post partial knee replacement surgery.

it's 10 weeks since I had a partial knee replacement and while the knee itself isn't too painful, I still walk with the knee bent and can't straighten it fully. I do the straightening exercises but find it causes pain behind the knee on the outside of the leg. What can I do to help this. I don't get physio as this isn't given after knee replacement surgery once you leave hospital.

I discovered that hospital PT which is supposed to be included in $$$ of surgery is administered as at home PT through hospital affiliated agency. I received PT by visiting therapist, now they have quickly dischgd me to outpatient privately owned Peak Therapy here in my town, Pine Bush NY. I've been up since 2:30 am stressing how I will make this appt today?? There sure are alot of missing pieces from dialogue healthcare or surgical office should have been discussing with me. I feel my best hope is prayer for God to work everything out. I have little or no faith in our local medical offices. They simply don't give a care. It's all about the $$$
