100% WORKING TREATMENT for my IBS!

Hi, I am writing this to try to help everybody that I can because I have been on the same boat as you guys and gone through this living hell for 3 years!!!  Short description about my previous case was that I could almost eat nothing, only eat what is normally designated for IBS menu, I was always feeling that I had to go to the Bathroom, I would have IBS-D attacks daily, even taking a lot of Imodium would not work totally, painful bowel cramps, the whole works… I could go on with the list…but you guys already know what are the symptoms from personal experience.

Doctors give this autoimmune disease the name of IBS because they are totally clueless of why this happens, so they just grab all the symptoms and put them in one bag calling it IBS… to me it is just the doctors another way of saying they are clueless but they don´t want to show it to us so they won´t look bad.

Dr. Pimentel who has come up with the theory about SIBO is the cause makes me think that he is correct, this is the only one doctor that had a clue.

Now for the Treatment that I used daily :

From 10 gram to 30 grams of L-Glutamine, to repair the damaged intestinal mucosa and lining. Repairing this will block big food particles from entering the blood stream directly due to the holes in the intestinal lining cause by the bad bacteria.

12 billion Probiotic daily at least, start by using the 50 billion probiotic and then after seeing results you may try to decrease to cheaper probiotics, but don´t go below 10 billion.

Using the SIBO treatment first if desired:

Use Xifaxan ( Rifaximin) antibiotic to wipe out the bad bacteria but this will also wipe out the good bacteria ( check for Dr. Pimentel’s SIBO treatment). While you are doing this, I advise you to take probiotics daily to compensate the bacterial slaughter in the intestines. You can also start L-Glutamine ate the same time to repair the intestinal mucosa and Lining.

After the Xifaxan Treatment, keep on taking the heavy duty 50 billion probiotic daily and glutamine. After getting better, you may try to change the dosages of L-Glutamine and Probiotics and see how you adapt to lower dosages to try to save money.

Since many if not all IBS people are prone to getting E.Coli overgrowth again, you will have to keep on taking L-Glutamine and Probiotics for the rest of your life. I am on this treatment for 1 year and now I eat Pizza, Junk food, Spicy food, drink sodas and Coca-Colas and am totally normal as I was before. I will not say I am cured because it must be an auto-immune disease, but you may keep it in check and be 100% normal by just taking this for the rest of you days ( L-Glutamine and Probiotics).

I have tried previously all know medications for IBS, Antidepressants, anxiolytics , antispasmodics, tried acupuncture, etc. and I was only 30% better, because this medicines do not fix the problem, the just drug your gut to numbness…

This treatment will take around 6 months to reach 100% improvement, but you will notice improvements after 2 months, so be patient.

Good Luck to all and may god help you!

Have still not tried the antibiotic treatment or glutamine yet, just some priobiotics.  Have not been able to get the doctor to give me the antibiotics yet.  Another reason is that most people on this link seem to be suffering from diarrhoea ibs, not ibs c and i am worried it will make my problem worse, esp the glutamine.  Has anyone here tried this treatment with ibs c and has it improved their symptoms?

Hi, I have tried to publish the brand previously but the Moderators always block my message when I try. They do not let us publish the brands to help out others.

I also wonder, why does the Moderators block my posts of the probiotics brand i have taken, but typing other brands like Xifaxan or VSL#3 is ok? Anybody can explain e that?

Hi Maurice.  I was diagnosed with Severe IBS-D and have suffered for the last couple of years.  It has affected every part of my life.  I was also diagnosed as having SIBO. I was on antibiotic treatement for 1 month and had a relapse.  I tried all different probiotics that didn't help and was on several diets that didn't work.  I was told my issues are stress related but proved the drs wrong.  Finally, I was told that there was nothing more they can do for me except for give me a month long antibiotic treatment if and when my sibo relapses which is very possible cause many people relapse.  I decided to take a probiotic that is all natural and has 30 billion live cultures along with a digestive enzyme after each meal. It worked for the most part and then my friend told me to take L-glutamine. Taking the 3 is working great except that I have been taking 4g twice daily but actually after my meals.  It has been working 90% of the time.  I know the directions say between meals and you said before meals, but do you think that I should change it since its been helping? Please let me know what you think and also is it safe to stay on this forever? I really don't want to change anything since this combination is working. God Bless everyone and may we all continue to feel better!

Hi, if you you read through the posts, there are others that can only manage to take glutamine with food because they get an upset stomach if they take it between meals. It looks like it works for them, so my answer is that you can take l- glutamine with or without food. The only thing that can vary here is the speed of l glutamine healing the gut walls due to a longer digestion and exposure to stomach acids together with the food you ate. Do not worry about this, all this just means is that it may take longer to get your healing results, but you still will get there. You can take glutamine and probiotics for life, but with time, when you reach a 100% healing of the guts walls, you may find it is not necessary to continue with glutamine and just keep on with probiotics. I am now only on probiotics a for almost a year and i am still 100%. Good luck.

Hi, sorry, but i see that your question has slipped previously. Sometimes it is hard to keep track of the questions. You should take atleast 10 grams of l glutamine a day and divide it along the day like for example, 5 grams in the morning and 5 grams in the evening. The 50 billion probiotic sounds good enough. The antibiotic is just to kill off the bad bacteria, your real treatment of healing your guts starts with l-glutamine and probiotics. Please read through the posts here and you will find further information that might come in handy. Good luck.

Hi again, i missed the part of you saying you have IBS C. This case, you have to be carefull and start with very low dosages of glutamine and with time then start ramping up the dosage if you are still ok with the actual dosage. L glutamine may have a bit of a constipating effect, that is why you start low. So just keep on with your actual 1500mg of glutamine and then after a month if you are ok, then ramp it up another 500mg. IBS C is a bit tricky here with l glutamine. Good luck and keep us posted.

It is the same. While pills are better for your case to better and easier control of the dosage you should take.
