100g sertraline for 10 weeks but can’t relax

ive been on sertraline for 12 wks the last 10 at 100g
there havd been some improvements but i just feel like i cant relax does this pass

from what a lot of people have told me it's a very slow acting SSRI
and it can take a little longer. most people I've seen say 12-15 weeks and they settle down a little more x
