    hi Jessica

yes, My heart beat a lot faster on the higher 100mg dose nearly all the time like a panic effect. and I felt bit better on that dose.

But had a family upset and went back down.

    Now 3 days on 125mg .

Im now on hypnotherpy to make me stronger to cope with lifes up and down. and think positive and happy.

Im sure depression is part brain chemical, upbringing and what we

think about. Accepting and getting on with your own life.

Try to keep your mind occupied and push negative thoughts out.

I know its hard but keep busy.

Good Luck for a full recovery.

    we will all get there

    . Love and healing

I've been on 100 for 6 week and never experienced any difference in heart beat. What I did experience was heightened anxiety at times. Especially in the morning and a few hours after taking the pill. I do all kinds of exercise from gym to long walks and cycling and I am fine.

It is most likely the chemical anxiety causing the higher pulse. Nothing to worry about, unless you start to experience other accompanied cardiovascular issues. Eat healthy and regularly, exercise and sleep at least 7 hours a day and you'll feel better.

    Hi Mubu

your doing good. yes, agree more anxious on higher dose but less depressed or mood not so low. My Heatbeat more , like you I agree caused heightened anxiety on higher dose. mine is not so often now.

its a shame higher dose does that.

but it will get less and less in time.

    Keeping occupied is good.

Your body will adjust to it in time. Meanwhile being occupied is good I agree. Another thing is to accept the anxiety and do not fight it. Be a friend to it. Don't let the anxiety isolate you. Think alternative thoughts, the thoughts that plague you might be unpleasant but that doesn't mean that they are true. Trust in your self and your long term values it is very important for recovery. Hope you feel better soon!
