Hi remember I have been on sertraline for the past goodness knows how long . I take two 100mg tabs a day and I have to admit I dont think I would function very well without them. The higher dose definately helped me but increase the dosage as your G.P advises.. Good luck jx

I was moved up to 100mg and saw a huge difference after about a month.it sounds like before you needed a higher dose.it takes time finding the right balance with medication.this medication can work wounders for some people, try and be patient.i have been there with the no good days and constantly trying to find a medication that works.try and stick with it and don't be scared to increase your dose if you have too.i hope you get your health back soon, good luck!!

Hi, just remenber it takes at least 4-6 wks to get into your sysrem to truly work. I would give it abit longer before increasing your meds just to give them chance to kick in. Hope they start to work and you start to feel better soon. Good luck xx
