I was on 50 mg for 8 weeks and 3 days. It was not doing much for me. It could be because of your menopause or perhaps you need a higher dose? It’s really a struggle and so frustrating till we find the right dose that works for us. Have you talked to your doctor about increasing ? Are you suffering with anxiety or depression or both still?

Could you get to see gp sooner to discuss, they may want to up dose sooner, or change medication completely. Do you get same side effects when you up the dose? X

HI Kerry yes I’m going to try and get in sooner to see my doctor. I really wished I never swapped my tablets now. I was on paroxatine for 17yrs but the doctor adviced me to have a change. He said sertraline was a much better antidepressants. He said paroxatine was an old tablet. Wot mgs r u taking? And how long Av u been on it. As it helped you at all🌹
