I would use the rasberry Katone in general as there are so many stories of whether it works or not (more not than it does) I'd just stick to 5g of total fat per meal and go for a walk a few days a week smile that's what in doing and I've lost 4.4 pounds in 2 weeks

Hi Ive been taking Orlistat for a month now and I have lost 4kg which I was dissapointed about as I thought I had lost more. Before I was prescribed Orlistat I was taking Rasberry Ketones but they didnt seem make any difference, now Im taking the Orlistat I wouldnt want to take anything else incase they altered the affect of the Orlistat (no evidence to suggest this but just my way of thinking)

The Orlistat does work as long as you work hard with it. This is my second time on them and they worked the 1st time but the weight slowly crept back on after. Im determined to keep it off after my course this time.

Just watch your fat intake, eat plenty of fresh fruit & vegetables and keep up the exercise.

    Good luck

I tried the raspberry keytones and they did nothing for me. I wish that they would have but it was sort of a joke for me.
