Hi Potatoghost, thanks for that. Just been browsing it, and it does seem most people think 12 weeks is nearer the mark.
A lot of my symptoms have subsided. Anxiety and appetite are better, but I'm still not back to doing things yet.
I'm so sorry you're still feeling bad. You were dealing with changing tablets though weren't you?

the fact you've seen some improvement is really good so stick at it! that's great x it may need a little increase but I would say wait until 12-15 weeks as so many people have told me it's such a slow working SSRI compared to others x yeah still feeling pretty bad but it was the swap in meds I think that done it x

also it seems the second time on a med takes longer for a lot of people so not sure why. definitely happened to me the second time on citalopram x

I recovered fully on 50mg, and I've been on zoloft several times in my life for long periods. It just really depends on each person individually.

Hi grounded,
I've been on them before too, and wondered if that's why they are taking so long. I'm so glad they worked for you. It's encouraging to hear other people have been on them before and recovered. Do you know how long it took you? Do you mind if I ask how many times you've been on them? Quite understand if that's too intrusive.
