It could very well be the stone. My first one came with similar symptoms that resulted in me having an entire gynecological assessment (including vaginal ultrasound). When all that was ruled out, I saw a GI specialist that did an upper endoscopy and colonoscopy to also come up with nothing. The pain was generalized. Sometimes felt like bad menstrual cramps, other times stomach related or like I pulled a muscle. I couldn't tell if the pain was in the back or in the front. That particularl stone was almost as big as the one you have. The pain went away after the shockwave lithotripsy. It might be time to seek it's removal since it doesn't have to be obstructive to cause pain.

Possibly to do with the stone.

When they told you they had a stone did they not suggest any treatment at the time?

If it is bothering you you need to ask a GP to refer you to Urologist and sort this out.

    Hope that helps

Take care and keep in touch
