12 days late and negative test. HELP PLEASE!

Hi, I'm 22 years old. About two weeks ago I was raped and now I've still not had my period. It was supposed to come last week. Also, I had yesterday abdominal pains, so I thought I got my period. While wiping I noticed a speck of brown blood mixed with my usual discharge. Last week I also took 2 pregnancy tests, but both were negative. Earlier this week I was at my OBGYN and she did an ultrasound, but nothing was to be seen. Everything looked healthy. I don't know what's wrong, please help.

Also been experiencing back pain.

    Wait a few more days, all discharges from everywhere are irregular at times. Speak to the GP.
