12 days mild fever

Hello all, so 2 weeks ago i was cleared of the chronic epstein barr virus. I had it for about 7 month or so... not sure though, anyways since wednesday i have noticed that i have mild fever without any symptoms. Other than dry mouth and sometimes non stop sweating  oh and high heart rate. Specially if i stand up. It goes up to 120. When im resting it is between 70 and 80 bps. Usually when im resting / sleeping it is 50 max 60 bps. Blood pressure is normal 10 or 11 /8 . ps: ( im 30 years old ) 

Now i did some testings, ( taking temparature through mouth ), i wake up with a normal temparture of 36.8 37 max. When i drink water my temp rises 0.2 - 0.3 when i eat it rises to 37.6 or 37.7 temperature stay until about 2:00 am or 3:am it goes back home o 37. 

I did have some weird things. Pain in my stomach that comes and goes but not very painful. 

I did have for several times while carefully cleaning my umbilical because it smells a lot bad, i notices blood. Before blood comes out i feel as if someone removed a stitche. But blood doesnt flow out. Not unless i clean it from the outside. But i dont feel these have anything to do with the minimum 12 days mild temp. 

Any ideas? On wednesday i did my crp test and i had no inflammation around will repeat the test tomorrow. But if anyone had the same issue, unexplained mild temp plz let me know.
