Hannah, It depends on where the biopsies were taken. The perineum is whitened and that's the spot that I would say is LS. The thigh areas may possibly be nigricans. Are you diabetic? Nigricans is often associated with diabetes. Does the perineum hurt?

I just had my perineum biopsied since I posted these and that was negative as well. I was prediabetic, but I've reversed it.
Still don't know what's going on 😦 -- three negative biopsies now

Well, shoot, three negatives.....I sympathize. I'll bet it hurts now. 😦 The biopsies can be false negatives but your skin could also be vitiligo. Has anyone suggested that? There are also other autoimmune problems that can cause de-pigmentation like is shown in your pictures.
I think the sugar issue is important. Keep following up on it. Do you take a probiotic? Try eliminating wheat......
