12 months on CIT. time to try and stop

Hello

My turn for a question. I have been on cit for 12 months. It has made My life much more bearable. However, it has made me lazy and a good bit fatter. I am certainly not lazy by nature and need my mojo back. I have 2/3 of an acre which has only been cut once. The gutters need cleaning. I have a chimney to line. I feel stressed not getting this stuff done. I am on 20. Would 10 keep me on an even keel and give me a bit more omph💤

If I were you I would go to 10 just to see how I feel.

Go down to 15 a day one day, 20 the next for a week. Then 15 a day for the next week. Then 15 one day and 10 the next. Going straight down to 10 will cause you problems.....I've tried it in the past

I took a maintenance dose of 10mg for years and felt good on it.  Give it a go.

    Hi Terry

I've only been on medication 3 weeks and have come it as was feeling worse so I'm not much help to you but I would recommend going back to your Dr to discuss how you are feeling and maybe cutting you down and monitoring you would make a whole lot of sense. Hope 10 work for you as it sounds like a good option. Yx
