I've been on Citalopram since beginning of May. 10mg for 12 weeks, had a dip and GP increased to 20mg. Been taking the 20mg 6 weeks today, had some really good weeks, where I've seen my old self again, but still a bit up and down some days. Is this normal? I hate it when I dip after feeling so well 😡 D x

hi there yes this is absoultly normal to feel of days they call them blips i have been on 20 mg for a good few years and i have days where i feel not myself however i think mine needs to be upped as my days are getting longer after chatting with my pharmasist today she said that after so long they can stop working and maybe need to change or up the dose
