please if someone can help. i am 12 weeks pregnant. i have a rly uncomfortable fullness feeling in my vagina and in my rectum. i feel as if something is blocking me from being able to pass stool and now it just feels like something is falling out of my vagina. im going to go to the urgent care tomorrow but in the meantime if someone can take a look. sos.
