13 weeks on 40mg. Should I go up?

Could anyone give me advice? I've been on 40mg for 13 weeks now and am still not back to normal. Sill having good, bad, and flat weeks that usually last for about a week each. I am still crying some days in a bad week. I was thinking of going up to 50mg., but am afraid it will set me back and that scares me. I am not sure what to do.

Thanks, Karen
