At 13 weeks after rotator cuff surgery and everything going well. Recovery is going smoother than when I had right arm done 2 years ago. The past 2 weeks I have had 2 episodes. I get this pinching feeling in my bicep area. Almost like a Charlie horse. It last almost about 40 minutes and slowly goes away. This morning was the worst. Can not position arm anyway that feels comfortable.

similar happened to me at week 12, the day I took my sling off. I made a move to put my arm behind my back to lift my pants and got sudden, severe electric shooting and bicep cramping which was aggravated for 5 days. I was beside myself thinking I had injured myself. In reality, I think the nerve was stretched or pulled loose of some scar tissue. So now a year post almost. I still have occasional bicep aching and some burning in surgical area. But what you decribe seems to be very common abound that time when you are beginning to move again. I stopped doing my exercises aggressively, put my arm back into the sling and used cold until I say the Dr on day 5. Then I started again just slowly as things calmed down. And they did calm down. It will pass. See the Dr if you have concerns. Best of luck!
