Hello, I'm a 17 years old male and my height is 137 cm (4ft 6in). I've always been really short, but I don't think I'm going to grow much taller and I'd like to do something about it as soon as I can. What should I do?

For a start...look at your parents. Are they tall or about the same height as you? If the same then that is what your genes have given you. However, there are a few things you can do . Cycling is good and skipping. Both will stimulate the muscles in your legs which may produce a bit of bone length which is where most of your height comes from. Look at yourself in the mirror...do you slouch? make sure your posture is upright and your back straight every day. imagine you are trying to reach the ceiling with the top of your head. You can also buy shoes with raised heels. As you are 17 you may still put on a growth spurt, especially with exercise. Dont take any sort of muscle boosting supplements. They are not necessary, but a good balanced diet containing plenty of fruit, vegetables, fish, meat, milk and eggs will help.
