14 months of none stop symmetrical tingling

Hi all I posted when this first started in Dec 16 I basically woke up with tingling in both feet within hours it spread to my knees then into both hands ,it has stayed none stop tingling I have had loads of tests brain and cervical spine mri normal bloods normal nerve studies I've had 2 both normal last neuro I saw in Oct said likely idiopathic small fibre damage no known cause I have had a baby during the time I've had this tbh it was slightly milder through pregnancy and now 11 weeks post partum it's extremely severe with zapping going through my feet the tingling has never gone past my wrists or past my knees but stays perminent I'm at a loss of what to do I've tried supplements dit changes nothing has helped anyone else with this none stop 24 hours a day

Hi dawn my tingling and red hot feet was B12 deficient and no relief I'm tacking all the vitamins I can get keep trying feel very sorry as your so young all the best

Hi Kenny I'm not b12 deficient I always get my bloods printed out and I'm well in range as I supplement I don't understand what happened to me it's like my nervous system has gone haywire if I press my upper legs stomach arms I feel it in my feet as in worse intense tingling till I let go

Hi pippa yes I understand that but hard not to sit down and that's what makes it worse as legs go crazy then I don't stress about it too much as after 15 months none stop I'm uses to it I had a full pregnancy in this time as well I would of thought the pressure from the pregnancy would of effected the legs more but they weren't as bad as this then I have this constant there are no good days as it is none stop just some days I manage better than others

Dawn I feel very sorry that I cannot help in anyway as it sounds awesome mine just feet and sometimes fingers if by keeping in touch helps its nice to know someone's thinking about you and your tingling it is really a bad thing all the best and keep trying everything cheers

Thank you Kenny I really appreciate it I was absolutely fine before this happened and to have my legs and hands totally feel different since I woke up like this has been a nightmare and still no answers my upper legs have now started twitching I honestly don't know what is happening to me there must be something in my blood or it wouldn't of progressed I will keep on searching for answers I have no choice I have a 4 month old baby and my 11 year old has down syndrome so needs full time care I can't let this take me down

Wow dawn you must be a miracle girl to cope with all that's happening , you have to know how sorry that I cannot help you ,there is a forum for neuropathy you may already read there comments ,so keep on believeing that you will soon be cured all the best me !
