145/100 blood pressure

Is 145/100 too high? And could be the reason for the headache as i am having a headache since two days; and my blood pressue is around 145/100 everytime i monitor it.

    130/80 is the favoured figure. Your systoloic figure isn't too high, depending on your age but the your diastolic figure is high.

    I had high Bloodpreashure on the 10 December last  year it was 152 /92 then a few days later went two the chemist and it was 155/100 I completely changed my Eating haBbits I was 15stone 9 and I am know 13 /9 still want to get another stone off though ,started eating two Banas aday and lots off Difrent fruite and veg salds 3 two 4 times a week ,cider vinger,fish oil ,horthorn ,and q10 100mg garlic 2000mg and the master off all Beet root juice one half pint Before I go for a souna my Bloodpreashure know runs at110/60 as it goes down and your oreashure is stable you cut down the herbal stuff and Drinks at least 4 pints off water a day or soda water sugare is a Bigey for Bp smoking and drinking I am 51 and all on thoroxine which was 150.daily and know is 125 so that's improving as well my sugare Dropet from 6.8 on a fast two 5.1 no longer pre diebetect

    your systolic is really not that high, however your diastolic is a little elevated, that can indicate many different things, one being right side heart strain.  That is usually apparent by taking something as simple as an ekg.  You don't mention any other issues (cardiac), so thats unlikely.  I would keep an eye on it though.
