I think I have lichen planus down there I dont know the docter it can but the burning and iching get worse everyday

I had 3 diffrindt types of creams for infection but that only helpt me for 5 days but ther is something wrong whit me skin it's driffen me crazy now for almost 2months please any advise and I can't find nowhere if you can get pregnant getpregnant whit this xxx a hopeless girl
