15 yr old on fluoxetine 5 weeks nauseau/vomit

Hi all. my daughter has been struggling with dosage for this medication. Started out at full 10mg and was sick constantly after 4 days. Lowered dose as per pharmacist and gradually worked back up. Was fine in the interim but sick again as dosage raised. Took in to hosp with heart flutters and vomiting and told to lower dose again. Given antinausea meds to treat symptoms until serotonin settles. two days since and still nauseous. Just wondering if anyone else has been through vomiting and weight loss?
