150 mg for ages and struggling on 200mg sertraline

Sorry to keep asking questions people,

I've been on 150 mg of sertraline for years and was stable , recently went up to 200mg and feeling terrible after 2 weeks . Can upping your dose even if you have been in a 150mg for years really take more than 2 weeks to improve ?? I would understand if I was new to the meds but I'm not .

has anyone been through the same ?

I had my occupational health app today and my depression scores went down from 17 in December to 11 now and anxiety went down from 11 then to 5 now. occupational health thinks I still improve on 200. I definitely feel better in the afternoons and evenings now, sometimes even 70% myself.
