    Hi Kieran,

I'd say so especially if your feeling ok now best way is to keep a diary so you can review how many times this happens say over 1 month and whether it's a one off or reoccurring and if there is a reason other than medication so maybe worth looking at what you think caused it or whether it just came on for no apparant reason hope your feeling back to yourself soon x

Thank you Kerry...It was a very weird blip

I wasn't depressed or anxious it was as if a massive loud machine was left on in my head if you know what I mean

      Feeling great today

Thanks Kerry hope you are well😇

I agree with Kerry.  It's a good idea to keep a journal about it,  also see if you had any changes in your diet,  any type of stress, lack of sleep, those kind of things.  When my Zoloft was a settled in,  I would feel totally fine most of the time,  but had a week out of every month that I was more anxious (hormonal for me).  You could also give your GP a call as they might be able to just give you some reassurance over the phone.  Glad you have been feeling better smile

      Thanks Ashley

      Hopefully it was a blip

I just felt really weird as if a loud machine was left on in my head

Feeling great again now...I think I should have upped my doses sooner

but as it worked wonders on my depression...kept thinking it would do

the same for my anxiety but it didn't until I upped to 150mg

      Thanks again Ashley😇
