I have been on 150 mg at night before bed for 3 months. It was off label to help with mood support but the Dr wants me to start coming off.
He wants me to drop to 100 mg starting tonight.
My question is how long to stay at 100 mg?
Do you think I will experience some withdrawal effects and what?
