16 weeks after knee replacement

Am now 16 weeks when a stand am in so much pain still swollen and have 2 dents in knee xx

    Have you been to doctor ? I was fine well before 16 wks just stiff and a bit achy and odd , very little swelling ever . What does surgeon say ? Hope it improves because it’s very debilitating when in pain

      A did phone the hospital told them am in a lot of pain when a stand up the pain is so bad they have gave me an appointment for the 30th August xx

      That’s good shame it’s not sooner ! Maybe we all just get over it at different speeds , hope that’s all it is

    Hi Jean I’m 18 weeks post op and still very swollen and painful,  I can only bend to 50 degrees and also have two dents in my knee.  My physio has written to my surgeon to ask for an MUA  so fingers crossed he will agree when I see him on the 25th July.   Would you be able to ask for an earlier appointment?  I have been going for acupuncture and it does help with the inflammation and pain.  Hope you get some answers soon.  Take care x

    Hi hope yours better soon a can bend to 120 but very painful when a stand if I rest for a while it hurts so bad when I get up x
