Hello, I have CKD from hydronephrosis, no flap valves, my creatine is around 4.2. My question is I don't have any side effects. Is it common for people with a low egfr to not have any side effects?

Rob 's right, loads of people don't get side effects. My createnine is usually quite high and my gfr is about 8% functionality. I get tired a bit but that's not always like "oh I've got to stay in bed". The dialysis makes me a bit tired but if you're not on that then I wouldn't know without the tests either.
guess we get lucky having CKD....lol.

I didn't have any effects until I got down to 12% function (I started dialysis at 9%) when your GFR drops your body adapts to it and you get used to it.
