Hi. I am 17weeks post TKR and have physio and exercise. however my knee is still stiff, i saw my consultant recently and he said it was fine, my movement is ok i just need to build up the muscles.
i cant see that it will ever improve. Any one else had this or going through the same.

takes time after surgery to heal and get range of motion back. it takes 6-8 months to effectively regain full use and motion.
