It’s been a 18 month roller coaster I’d say out of all that time I’ve had more down days than up it’s just worrying me now as my mood swings are so bad every day and anger is as well my girl friend says she’s had enough don’t get me wrong I’ve had some good days but not many I don’t laugh no more or smile and that’s just not me .

Any advice

Don ... Sooo Very Sorry that u r having such a bad time... Why have u waited so long to do something about this? U need to call your Dr. And either try bumping down on your Mg. r changing your meds. I've only been on Lexapro for 6 weeks and I'm just now today taking 10mg. Only because I have a little aniexty of the am.. Shaky knees and rapid heart beat .. It goes away a little after I take my 2.5 mg at 9am but now I'm taking 2.5mg 4 X a day .. 6am... Noon .. 6 pm and b4 I go to bed around 11 pm.. Idk how it's going to go but if no go .. I'll go back to my 3 X a day @ 2.5... Do u feel like u r getting to much ? I have seen on here that that can b a issue as much as not getting enough...I'm very sensitive to meds. That's why I take them spaced out because Lexapro is not timed released so it go into your system all at once and your body just uses it as needed... So if I were u I would go see my Dr. And try to get some answers... Take Care and keep posting... God Bless 😊
